Thefirst Women in Energy Industry Round Table was held on April 9, 2025, at theYanbei Panlong Gas Plant Block 113-133 Collaboration Project. Led by SLB, SCPand Yanchang, this landmark event aimed to promote inclusivity and empowerwomen within the energy sector.

Thisdynamic platform brought together women from various backgrounds in the energyindustry to share their stories, insights, and experiences. The focus was onaddressing the unique challenges and opportunities faced by women, providingattendees with valuable advice and diverse perspectives.

Thediscussion was dedicated to closing the gender balance gap and creating adiverse, welcoming environment for all employees. This event marked atransformative movement towards empowering diversity and inclusion in theenergy industry.

Thesession highlighted the increasing presence of women in key positions withinthe oil and gas sector, traditionally dominated by men. It was an enlighteningevent that offered attendees an array of advice, perspectives, and discussionson navigating the industry.
